This service is NOT a land survey.  Improvements, easements and right-of-ways on the property are located in relation to the approximate boundary line. A drawing or certificate is created. A title commitment is required.

An ILC is often required by your mortgage company, before purchasing property for the purpose of determining the location of  improvements in relation to the property lines.
